He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, Medical University of Semmelweis in Budapest, Hungary (1995). In 2003, he defended his doctoral dissertation with distinction: "Assessment of indirect composite fillings in the event of significant damage to the posterior teeth". In 2005 he completed a specialization in conservative dentistry with endodontics. In the years 1998-2005 he worked at the Department of Propaedeutics of Conservative Dentistry CMUJ in Krakow (2003-2004 as the head of the Department). Since 1999, he has been running the Dentist Private Practice in Krakow and the Dentist Postgraduate Courses Center, where he conducts courses in the field of endodontics and cosmetic dentistry. In 2003, he received a scholarship from the International Association of Dental Research for young scientists, as part of which he completed Honorary Visiting Appointment at the Universities of Leeds and Manchester, where he conducted work in the field of adhesive bridges and restoration of teeth after endodontic treatment.
